Stroll To The Sea has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The house is packed with loads of natural light and space, in a lush established and fully fenced beach backyard.
The kitchen, living and dining hub is fully open plan, with high ceiling, timber floor and large picture windows which let the outside in. A large modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod cons, ample bench space, breakfast bar with stools and a well-stocked pantry.
The carpeted bedrooms are a good size with wardrobes in each, plus bedside tables and lamps. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed with bonus ensuite bathroom and even a TV and DVD player. Bedroom 2 offers a double bed and bedroom 3 has 2 sets of single bunks. Lovely linen along with pillows, doonas, mattress and pillow protectors and spare blankets are supplied for your stay.
The family bathroom has a bath tub, handy for guests with young children, a separate shower and vanity. The ensuite bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet. A further separate toilet is on hand. Bath mats and hand towels are supplied. New bath towels are also supplied for each guest.
Step outside to the large undercover timber deck, with dining table and chairs and sit back and enjoy great beach side living. The private garden oasis beyond also has a fire pit area for family and friends to enjoy quiet fireside moments. Consider relaxing under the trees with a good book on the hammock. An outdoor shower can be used for washing away the sand after a hard day of fun at the beach.
You’ll be toasty warm or cool as a cucumber, no matter what season you stay. Stroll To The Sea offers a host of heating and cooling options, including split-system in the kitchen/living, extra air-conditioning in the kitchen, as well as ducted heating throughout. Ceiling fans are also in the queen and double bedrooms. For extra comfort, all windows have fly screens and blinds.
Pets are allowed by arrangement and guests must disclose and seek advice on this before a booking can be confirmed. Note the property is fully fenced.

Please note the property is a registered Short Stay Accommodation property and all guests are required to abide by with Mornington Peninsula Shire Short Stay Accommodation Code of Conduct. Details of the Code will be made available to guests prior to arrival.

We will require guests 2 days prior to arrival to confirm their identity by sending us a copy of current photo id eg drivers licence or passport. We will be in touch with you to complete this.
Please note $2000 Damage Deposit Pre-Authorisation will be automatically processed from your credit card starting on your checkin date. We temporarily hold (not charge) the amount of the Damage Deposit.
