With 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it caters perfectly for families or a larger group.

Soleil Sur La Mer boasts an incredible position with super easy access to Dromana Beach.

The house itself has been totally refurbished inside and comes complete with all the essentials to make your stay a wonderful and relaxing experience.

2 bedrooms offer comfy queen beds and lovely bed linen. One of these also has its own ensuite for extra privacy.

The 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of single bunks for the kids (or big kids) also complete with fresh bed linen.

A large full bathroom serves bedroom 2 and the bunk bedroom. Note a trundle bed can be accessed from bedroom 2 (you will need your own linen for this).

The 3rd shower room near the front, is great to quickly wash down after all day at the beach.

The lounge at the front of the house allows for lots of natural light and looks over the huge front yard and to the park across the road. Plenty of couches, arm chairs, plus TV and DVD player means all entertainment options are covered and you are set for a night in.

The central hub of the house is the open plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fresh and modern, with new stainless steel appliances, and all the cooking gear to cook up a storm. There’s a bonus TV here.

This area opens up to outside and the huge grass backyard. Step outside for a BBQ and summer outdoor dining. The huge teak outdoor table and chairs along with brand new quality BBQ will quickly become the focal point of your stay. Think breezy summer time dining under the umbrella shade.

Nothing has been left to chance, with quality fittings and attention to detail throughout.

Heating, cooling, ceiling fans, it's all there to ensure you are always sensationally comfortable. You will be the envy of your friends.

Pets are allowed by arrangement and guests must disclose and seek advice on this before a booking can be confirmed. Note the property is fully fenced.

 Under 25s must inquire first before booking. STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES BOOKINGS.

The booking guest must stay at the property and not book for others.

At Good House Holiday Rentals, we take responsibility for and prioritise guest health and safety and that of the wider community. Guests, and their family and friends, can rest assured, that we will continue to strive to ensure the best holiday property management processes. This includes:

· Strict cleaning and sanitising protocols in place

· Linen has been professional laundered at a commercial laundry

All properties supply the following for guest use: antibacterial hand sanitiser, disposable gloves and wipes, disinfectant and cleaning supplies, hand soap, paper towels, tissues.

Please note the property is a registered Short Stay Accommodation property and all guests are required to abide by with Mornington Peninsula Shire Short Stay Accommodation Code of Conduct. Details of the Code will be made available to guests prior to arrival.

Good House Holiday Rentals is also able to offer Peninsula Hot Springs Bath House Tickets. Indulge yourself in the warm and tranquil water of Peninsula Hot Springs. Just ask us when booking.

We will require guests 2 days prior to arrival to confirm their identity by sending us a copy of current photo id eg drivers licence or passport. We will be in touch with you to complete this.

Please note $2000 Damage Deposit Pre-Authorisation will be automatically processed from your credit card starting on your checkin date. We temporarily hold (not charge) the amount of the Damage Deposit.
