Our Coronavirus Hygiene and Cleaning Standards

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOUR HEALTH DURING THIS TIME OF CORONAVIRUS.

At Good House Holiday Rentals, we take responsibility for and prioritise guest health and safety and that of the wider community. Guests, and their family and friends, can rest assured, that we will continue to strive to ensure the best holiday property management processes are in place.

For the foreseeable future and in preparation for each guest stay, Good House Holiday Rentals has implemented changes to how we manage bookings and service our properties. Here's what we're doing to ensure our properties meet the latest guidance on hygiene and cleaning (these health safety measures include but are not limited):

All Good House Holiday Rental properties will continue to be professionally cleaned by our staff, who follow a strict service protocol which goes over and above our previous high standards.

  • Quality grade cleaning and sanitising products are used at all times.
  • Sanitising focus on areas of high touch use, such as light switches, door and appliance buttons and handles, remote controls etc will be completed.
  • Staff use single-use cleaning gloves during the service of a single property only.
  • Cleaning cloths will be used at a single property only, and either responsibly disposed of or washed and sanitised. Used clothes will not be transferred to/from use at another property.

Bed linen, bath towels, hand and kitchen towels etc, will continue to be professionally laundered. The water temperature in the commercial washing machines used is approx. 86 degrees, whilst dryer temperature is approx. 82 degrees adjusted according to the fabric being handled. Commercial laundry detergent ensures the highest level of cleaning. We eliminate excess contact and minimise potential spread of germs and viruses by bagging soiled linen in a laundry bag during transport to and from our laundry.

All Good House Holiday Rentals properties supply the following hygiene items for guest use. These items offer further protection and peace of mind for all our guests.

  • Antibacterial hand sanitiser
  • Disinfectants and cleaning supplies
  • Hand soap
  • Paper towels
  • Tissues
