Garden By The Bay is a beautiful 4-bedroom property accommodating up to 8 guests and located in Rye just on the border with Blairgowrie. Set in lush established gardens as the property name suggests, it offers convenient excellent access to many of the popular spots on the Peninsula. Hit the beach, get in a game of golf, or maybe brunch and Peninsula Hot Springs just a 10min drive away.
All rooms are beautifully appointed with lots of homely personal touches. This lovely property has everything that you will need to make your next stay on the Peninsula relaxing and tranquil.
Garden By The Bay has a range of amazing outdoor features for some serious chillaxing. The gardens are really quite special, with several spots perfect to relax with your favourite book and a glass of wine. The lawn area is large enough for the kids to play on. Relax in the oversize day bed or sit around the fire pit and toast marshmallows. Open the front doors onto the expansive front timber wrap round deck on balmy nights. The rear of the property has a new timber deck and undercover gazebo and BBQ area, great for outdoor dining. There is no lack of choice for everyone to find their patch of space.
Inside, the main kitchen/dining/lounge layout is open plan, well appointed with a cosy country feel. Bright and light-filled, relax on the comfy couch in the lounge, which has a smart TV (access your favourite streaming service), as well as Wii console, DVD player and DVDs, portable music speaker, plus a good range of books and games for everyone. Rainy days are well catered for.
The pretty white timber kitchen has all the features and equipment for easy meal preparation. Make the most of the freestanding gas stove and oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine plus all the cooking gear for your stay. The pantry has some basic cooking ingredients such as seasonings and oil. With the kitchen open to the dining area, all guests can be engaged in mealtime conversation. Eat in at the breakfast bar or the timber dining table which comfortably fits all house guests.
Garden By The Bay has 4 bedrooms (one x king bed, one x queen, one x 2 single, one x single bunk) split across 2 levels. All beds have new quality mattresses and pillows with pretty bedding detail.
The master king bedroom on the main level, has its own large ensuite (shower, toilet and double vanity), BIR and TV. The single bunk bedroom on the same level and also has a BIR. The final 2 bedrooms are cosily located opposite eabach other in the upstairs loft area of the house. Portable fans are provided for loft rooms. Note a portacot (please bring your own linen) and high chair is available for guest use.
The main bathroom has a full-sized corner bath which is great for families with small children, plus shower, and vanity. Toilet is separate. Bath towels for all guests are supplied. A laundry with washing machine is also available for guest use.
Guests will always be comfortable in all seasons when holidaying at Garden By The Bay. Enjoy the wood heater in the dining room or the gas ducted heating throughout the property. Split systems in the lounge and master bedroom will keep these areas cool.

Pets are allowed by arrangement and guests must disclose and seek advice on this before a booking can be confirmed. Note the property is fully fenced.

Please note the property is a registered Short Stay Accommodation property and all guests are required to abide by with Mornington Peninsula Shire Short Stay Accommodation Code of Conduct. Details of the Code will be made available to guests prior to arrival.

We will require guests 2 days prior to arrival to confirm their identity by sending us a copy of current photo id eg drivers licence or passport. We will be in touch with you to complete this.
Please note $2000 Damage Deposit Pre-Authorisation will be automatically processed from your credit card starting on your checkin date. We temporarily hold (not charge) the amount of the Damage Deposit.
