Management Commission
Good House offers an industry competitive Management Commission rate.
Commission Rate 14%
The Management Commission is taken out of the net rental (gross payments less booking channel fees and charges). Good House is transparent as to which channel bookings come from, our commission amount and of course your payout amount.
