Doesntmatta is a much loved and enjoyed western red cedar family property located at St Andrews Beach. It has recently been completely renovated with much improved and modernized features. With the local beach just beyond the dunes and within walking distance, Doesntmatta is great as a base to enjoy and explore the stunning back beach shoreline of the Mornington Peninsula.
Doesntmatta offers comfortable accommodation for up to 7 people 3 bedrooms + 1 bathroom. Tranquility surrounds and epitomizes Doesntmatta, as a super relaxed spot for friends or family to unwind.
The kitchen and bathroom are all brand new and beautiful. Featuring new timber Brushbox flooring in the living kitchen areas, new carpet in the bedrooms and paint throughout, have given Doesntmatta a fresh and welcoming start.
Doesntmatta sits on a large block with lush established Tea Tree and Moonah trees. A large rear deck is perfect for BBQ dinners and entertaining. A large outdoor table and chairs means you can sit back undercover and enjoy great beach side living.
Whether it's winter or summer, you will be comfortable with split-system heating and cooling as well as the air-conditioning units in the dining kitchen lounge room hub of Doesntmatta. Ceiling fans and gas heater in the same area are other options you can use. Blinds and fly screens are on all windows for privacy. The front driveway at Doesntmatta allows parking for 2-3 cars.
The coastline from Gunnamatta Beach through to Portsea Beach is a spectacularly stunning part of Victoria, but guests should note that these beaches can be treacherous. Swimming or other water activities, should only be undertaken at these beaches by very experienced and proficient swimmers. Please always swim between the flags when beaches are patrolled by the local surf life saving club through the summer season. Aside from this, this coastline is a photographer’s paradise and great for long leisurely walks.
Pets are strictly NOT allowed at Doesntmatta.

Please note the property is a registered Short Stay Accommodation property and all guests are required to abide by with Mornington Peninsula Shire Short Stay Accommodation Code of Conduct. Details of the Code will be made available to guests prior to arrival.

We will require guests 2 days prior to arrival to confirm their identity by sending us a copy of current photo id eg drivers licence or passport. We will be in touch with you to complete this.
Please note $2000 Damage Deposit Pre-Authorisation will be automatically processed from your credit card starting on your checkin date. We temporarily hold (not charge) the amount of the Damage Deposit.
