Ostia A Dromana has ample space for 2-3 families or a group friends, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living/TV areas and accommodates up to 8 people.
Starting at the front of the property, the airy open plan, lounge and dining room area, has polished timber floors and faces floor to ceiling windows. The lounge and dining areas are furnished in a contemporary Australian style, which is both comfortable and practical. A sliding door leads on to a full width balcony. Imagine balmy summer nights out here, as you relax with a glass of a crisp Prosecco in hand.
All great holiday houses should have a great kitchen, and Ostia A Dromana will not disappoint. The near new kitchen is fully equipped with up to date appliances, including large stainless steel fridge and dishwasher right down to a coffee machine and everything in between. Sufficient quality crockery, cutlery and all the other cooking gear is on hand, so you can cater for all, from family dinners to the kid’s snacks.
Moving to the rear of Ostia A Dromana and all 3 bedrooms are large, with new carpet and are light filled with all new pretty bedding detail included when you stay. Block-out roller blinds in the bedroom and throughout the house, ensure extra comfort and privacy. The bunk room with 2 sets of single bunks is spacious for both kids and adults to occupy. The queen bedroom is the smallest bedroom in the centre of the house, and the larger master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom is located at the rear. All bedrooms have large built in wardrobes and little extra details such as bedside tables and lamps.
2 bathrooms with a separate toilet, means no queuing to use the services. The family bathroom is neat and as a bonus, has a large spa bath. The comfortable ensuite bathroom ensure privacy for the occupants. All new bath towels are supplied for each guest.
If this is not enough, Ostia A Dromana has another very comfortable living room towards the middle of the house. This room lends itself as the kids zone, reading room, or a quiet spot to sit back, relax and enjoy music or maybe a game of cards. Or make the most of the sun room, particularly in winter when the sun is streaming through.
The lush green backyard is fully fenced, and you can even catch bay glimpses beyond. The kids can hang out here and safely play on the trampoline. BBQ and dine outside and relish the sea breeze.
