Check in + check out times

Check in time: 2.00pm  - Check out time: 10.00am.  Good House can accommodate other times but is dependent on our property service schedule.

Accessing your property

Good House properties may be accessed by various methods including key in a lock box at the property, electronic code or key pad code.  Confirmed guests will be advised no later than 24hrs prior to check in with details of how to access their property.

What do I need to bring?

All Good House properties are supplied with sufficient bathroom and bedding linen for the number of confirmed guests.  Beach towels are not supplied.

Every property is provided with basic household / pantry items such as... toilet paper, soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder or tablets, tea, coffee, sugar, garbage bags etc.  Once the property in which you are occupying is depleted of complimentary consumables, it is up to you to re-supply for the remainder of your stay.

Smoking

Is strictly not allowed at any property.  Smokers can do so outside but cigarette butts must dispose of in the bins provided.

After Hours Assistance

If you are a current guest and require urgent after hours assistance, please call 0408544893. This phone operates between the hours of 8.00am - 8.00pm.  Outside these hours please leave a message and with your booking name, contact phone number, property name or address and description of the issue.  Good House will always attend to all issues, but guests need to be mindful that due to reasons beyond the control of Good House eg: public holidays, it may not always be possible to suitably rectify all issues.  A call out fee may apply in some circumstances.

Baby and children's equipment

Some Good House properties are equipped with high chairs and cots.  This is detailed in each property listing.

Cleaning

The property is to be left in a clean and tidy state. This includes the items such as dishes washed, food is to be removed from refrigerator(s) and cupboards.  Please clean BBQ with the cleaning equipment provided to ensure all food is removed.  Please advise if gas bottles are low and need replacing.

Bedding should be left on the bed and bathroom linen left in the bathroom.

Further cleaning charges may apply if extra and excessive cleaning is required after check out.

Internet + WiFi

Some properties do have internet and WiFi.  Codes are available in the Guest Book of your property.

Pets

Each property listing will indicate if it is pet friendly.  Please note this does not mean these properties are completely fenced.  It is the pet owner's responsibility to determine if a property is appropriate for their pet.  Please contact Good House if you are not sure.  Pets are not allowed on any furniture including beds, you must bring your own pet bedding and feeding bowl and you must pickup any droppings and dispose in the bins provided.

Guest Book

Each property has a Guest Book which details more information specific to the use of the property.  Guests are required to read the Book at their property.
